More about me… I was born in Poland during the last decades of the communist regime. Like many politically (and economically) oppressed countries, the population has had to maintain a self-sufficiency in health care. This meant that our family at the time, relied on traditional wisdom for healing. Home remedies like hydrotherapy, the use of food and plants were practical and effective. You could say that many of my childhood experiences initiated me to common sense medicine.
